Al-Raqqah | “Ahrar Al-Sharqiyyah” assaults person for “smoking in public” and not “observing Ramadan”

Members of the Turkish-backed “Ahrar Al-Sharqiyyah” have brutally beaten a civilian in Turaybikh village in the northern countryside of Ain Issa for “smoking cigarettes during the daytime of Ramadan”.

On April 30, SOHR sources said that “Ahrar Al-Sharqiya” members assaulted a man with special needs in Jendires market in rural Afrin, for “eating in public” and not “observing Ramadan”. The man was brutally beaten by the faction’s members, in which he sustained bruises.
