Turkish forces shell M4 road in northern Raqqa province

The Syrian Observatory has monitored this evening artillery shelling by the Turkish army, targeting Istirahat Al-Saqr on the international road “M4”, west of the area “Ain Issa”, north of Raqqa province, causing material damage.

On May 5, Turkish forces and proxy factions shelled areas under the control of regime forces and the SDF in northern rural Raqqa,

Syrian Observatory activists monitored rocket fire by Turkish forces on places in Al-Khalidyah village, and other villages on M4 highway in the western part of Ain Issa town in northern countryside of Al-Raqqah. The shelling caused material damage. No casualties were reported.
