Residents protest the arrest of young man in Daraa city, blocking the way between the city’s major two districts
Daraa Province – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: SOHR activists say that several people participated in a demonstration in Daraa city, protesting the arrest of a young man from “Al-Masalemah” family by regime security services. The protesters have blocked the road between Daraa Al-Balad and Daraa Al-Mahattah and set rubber tires on fire.
SOHR sources have just reported that unknown gunmen opened fire of their machineguns on a convoy of the Russian-backed 5th Corps, in Al-Shajarah town in the western countryside of Daraa. According to reliable SOHR sources, the targeted forces were getting prepared to storm Al-Muzayrib town. No further details were reported about the amount of human losses.
