Tal Tamr | Turkish rockets pound seven villages under control of regime and SDF

Syrian Observatory sources have reported that Turkish forces and their proxies fired several rockets in the early hours of Friday morning, targeting the villages of Al-Fakkah, Abboush, Qabbour, Qarajnah, Qabr Al-Kebar and Al-Darrarah in Tal Tamr countryside which is under control of regime forces and SDF.

The shelling caused material damage but no casualties have been reported, as the inhabitants of most of these villages have been displaced fleeing the Turkish frequent shelling.

On the other hand, Russian forces instructed regime forces to dig trenches in the area to be protected from Turkish frequent shelling and surprising attacks.

Yesterday, SOHR sources reported that SDF member was killed and three others were injured, including two regime soldiers due to Turkish artillery shelling on Afdaki village in rural Tal Abyad in northern Raqqa province.

On May 5, Observatory activists monitored rocket fire by Turkish forces on places in Al-Khalidyah village and other villages on M4 highway in the western part of Ain Issa town in the northern countryside of Al-Raqqah. The shelling caused material damage but no casualties were reported.
