Murder in Daraa | Civilian found shot dead west of the city

Daraa governorate – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:

Reliable sources have informed SOHR that the body of a man was found near the “Libyan company” in the town of Jaleen in western countryside of Daraa. SOHR sources added that the man works as a taxi driver and was kidnapped yesterday from the entrance to the town of Tal Shihab, west of Daraa, to be found shot dead and his body was dumped in Jaleen.

This brings the number of attacks and assassination attempts in various forms and methods by detonating IEDs, mines, booby-trapped vehicles and shootings from past June to date, to more than 444 attacks.

While the number of those who killed and died in the same period has risen to 285 persons, 63 of whom are civilians, including six women and four children, in addition to 154 regime soldiers, loyalists and collaborators with regime security services.

46 members of opposition factions were also killed, those who made “settlements and reconciliations” with the regime and became members of regime security services, including former leaders, and 17 members of Syrian militias affiliated to Lebanese “Hezbollah” and Iranian forces, in addition to six members of so-called “Fifth Corps” established by Russia.
