Ain Issa | Turkish forces and proxy factions shell countryside, while jets flying over the area

SOHR sources say that Turkish forces and proxy factions shelled the villages of Ain Issa with mortars and heavy weapons, targeting the villages of Hoshan, Khalidiya and areas along the M4 road, targeting civilian homes there. The shelling led to the outbreak of fires on agricultural land in the village of Al-Khalidiya, with the flight of Turkish jets over the area.

Reliable sources had informed the Syrian observatory that a group of Turkish-backed factions infiltrated into Ain Issa town which is under the control of SDF and regime forces in northern countryside of Al-Raqqah.

Fierce clashes erupted between the two sides, along with the sound of a loud explosion whose nature remained unknown. The clashes left casualties among both sides.
