Syria-Turkey border | Turkish border guards target vehicle used for smuggling near border, killing child and injuring his mother and brother

The Syrian Observatory has documented the death of a displaced child and the serious injury of his brother and mother, as Turkish border guards targeted a car carrying them near the border at a smuggling point, west of Idlib, while trying to enter Turkish territory.

According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documentation, the number of Syrian civilians killed by Al-Jandma forces since the start of the Syrian revolution has risen to 449, including 79 children under the age of eighteen and 44 women over the age of eighteen.
