International Coalition’s military reinforcement | Forces send in new convoy to their bases in Al-Hasakeh

SOHR activists say that a new convoy of the International Coalition entered the countryside of Al-Hasaka via al-Walid border crossing with northern Iraq, consisting of 50 trucks carrying weapons, ammunition, military and logistical equipment, in addition to prefabricated rooms.

The convoy headed to the city of Al-Shaddadi, south of Al-Hasaka, with the flight of helicopters over the area escorting the column.

On May 13, SOHR eyewitnesses have reported seeing a column of the International Coalition entering via Al-Walid border crossing with the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, consisting of about 50 trucks carrying logistical and military materials. The column headed towards its bases in Al-Hasakeh and Deir ez-Zor in SDF-controlled areas.
