“De-escalation zone” | Cautious calm prevails as ceasefire enters its 84th day
SOHR activists have monitored tense calm prevailing throughout the “de-escalation zone”, as the recent ceasefire entered its 84th consecutive day. This calm was interrupted by targeting by regime forces with medium machineguns to places in the towns and villages of Jabal Al-Zawiyah in south Idlib countryside.
Yesterday, SOHR sources reported that clashes erupted in Tqad area in the western countryside of Aleppo, between opposition factions and regime forces. On the other hand, regime forces shelled places in Al-Fterah, Sfuhen and the vicinity of Kansafra in jabl Al-Zawiyah in the southern countryside of Idlib.
