Turkish-backed factions renew shelling Abu Rasin countryside (Zarkan)

Syrian Observatory activists have reported that Turkish-backed factions have fired several rockets on Tal Harmal village which is under the control of SDF and regime forces in Abu Rasin countryside (Zarkan). No casualties have been reported.

 

On Thursday, SOHR sources reported that one civilian was killed and another was injured while trying to extinguish fires in agricultural crops in SDF-held village of Al-Assadiya near the frontlines with areas controlled by Turkish-backed factions.

 

The area near the frontlines was witnessing successive fires which quickly spread to adjoining areas.

 

Observatory activists have reported that new fires broke out in Tal Tamr countryside and Abu Rasin (Zarkan) in northern Al-Hasakah. The blazes extended from farmlands in Um Al-Kaif to the village of Bab Al-Khair, Al-Assadiyyah and Um Ishbeh in the northern countryside of Tal Tamr, which caused great destruction to civilian properties, while no one was able to contain and extinguish the fires.
