“De-escalation zone” | Regime forces shell rural Latakia and Idlib, as tense calm continues

SOHR sources have reported that regime forces stationed in Latakia countryside shelled the frontlines of Kabana and Al-Haddada in the same countryside, and the villages of Mar’and and Al-Kinda, west of Jisr al-Shughour.

On the other hand, regime forces targeted the perimeter of the village of Binin in Jabal al-Zawiya with tank shells. No casualties have been reported.

Apart from that, tense calm continues in the “Putin-Erdogan” area for the 86th consecutive day of the new ceasefire.

The Syrian Observatory has monitored renewed clashes this morning on Benin frontline in Jabal al-Zawiya, between opposition factions and jihadist groups on one side, and regime forces and loyalists on the other, accompanied by shelling and intensive exchange of fire.
