The new reinforcement included military and logistical equipment as well as tens of military personnel. The ongoing military build-up comes as a new military operation looms.

A few days ago, reliable SOHR sources confirmed that that “Suqur Al-Sham” faction, which controls the eastern sector of Jabal Al-Zawiyah in the southern countryside of Idlib, issued a statement announcing several villages in the area as a military zone.

According to the announcement, civilians have been prohibited from being present in these villages or approaching them. The villages mentioned in the announcement were “Kaddurah, Maa’rzaaf, Mantaf, Bayanin, Serjeh and Rwayha”.
