Daraa Province – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: SOHR activists have monitored new anti-regime and anti-Iran graffiti on the walls of neighbourhoods and schools in Al-Karak Al-Sharqi town in the eastern countryside of Daraa. Some pieces of this graffiti read “no to the Iranian occupation, Iran has to leave Syria” and “release the detainees or it is the war”.
On Friday, Observatory activists monitored tens of residents participating in two demonstrations in Daraa province. The first demonstration went out in Daraa Al-Balad in Daraa city, while the second one was in Al-Jizah town in Daraa countryside.
The demonstrators demanded the Iranians leave Syrian, and called for the toppling of the Syrian regime and the release of detainees. The residents also chanted slogans expressing their solidarity and support to the anti-regime protests in Al-Suwaidaa province.
