ISIS resurgence | Cells continue attacks in SDF-controlled areas, threatening to slaughter “infidels”

Deir Ezzor Province – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: very reliable sources have told the Syrian Observatory that ISIS cells burned down the building of SDF “religious affairs” yesterday evening, in Hamar Al-Ali village in the western countryside of Deir Ezzor.

The cells also left graffiti on the village’s walls read “the organization is alive and expands, and we will slaughter you”.

On June 9, Observatory sources said that an IED exploded on the outskirts of Al-Busayrah city in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, while an SDF vehicle was passing in the area. No casualties were reported. Meanwhile, another IED went off on the road to Al-Omar oilfield in the same countryside, but no casualties were reported.
