Assassination | Unknown assailants shoot dead commander in “National Liberation Front” in Jabal Al-Zawiyah

SOHR activists have documented the killing of the commander of “Jaysh Al-Suqur”, a faction operating under the banner of “National Liberation Front”, after being shot by unknown gunmen in Sarjeh village in the southern countryside of Idlib. Another person escorting the commander sustained injuries during the attack.

 

Yesterday, SOHR sources reported that the two persons who were killed in drone strikes in Idlib city were two commander of “Hurras al-Din” organization. One of the targeted commanders is a Jordanian military official of “Hurras al-Din” organization, while the other is a Yemeni official in the organization-affiliated Jaysh Al-Badia. The two commanders were killed after a drone bombarded  their car, “Santa Fe” make, near Shoaib Mosque in Idlib city.

 

Observatory activists monitored a drone belonged to the International Coalition flying over Idlib city, at a time when the attack took place.
