Aleppo | Fierce clashes renew between Kurdish forces and Turkish-backed factions

Aleppo Province – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: SOHR sources have confirmed that fierce clashes erupted between Kurdish forces and Turkish-backed factions on Sheikh Issa frontlines, south of Mare’ city in northern Aleppo.

The clashes followed an infiltration attempt by the Kurdish forces on rebels positions. No casualties have been reported.

Yesterday, SOHR sources said that Kurdish forces attacked a military post affiliated to Al-Sham Corps, which is close to Turkey, in Basofan village in Afrin countryside.

The attack left four rebels dead. Meanwhile, the Kurdish forces booby-trapped the corpses, and when the rebels came to recover the bodies, the booby-trapped corpses exploded killing four others.
