West of Afrin | One fighter killed and five injured in clashes between members of Turkish-backed faction

Aleppo Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has monitored today fierce clashes between two groups of Turkish-backed Ahrar al-Sham members in the area of Jandiras, west of Afrin.

According to Observatory sources, clashes broke out on Yalangos street, leaving at least one fighter dead and more than five seriously injured, some of whom were taken to Turkish hospitals.

On June 4, members of military and civilian police, backed by a military force, raided a camp for displaced people in the town of Tarhin, north of Aleppo, searching for wanted persons of two displaced families from Al-Sfirah in rural Aleppo.

Meanwhile, clashes erupted between among gunmen of the two families in Tarhin camp in rural Al-Bab, eastern Aleppo city, leaving one young man dead and another injured, amid continuous tension in the area.
