West of Idlib | Ongoing factional clashes force dozens of families to flee

SOHR sources say that fierce clashes continue between HTS and the factions of the “Ethbatu” operations room, on the outskirts of the western city of Idlib and the village of Arab Said, which became the center of “Ethbatu” forces after recent tension with HTS.

On the other hand, the Syrian Observatory has monitored this evening an exchange of artillery shelling targeting the areas of control.

The Huras Al-Din affiliated with the “Ethbatu” operations room shelled HTS positions, west of Idlib, coinciding with an attack by HTS on “Ethbatu” positions in the village of Arab Said.

Meanwhile, dozens of families have fled the village of Arab Said to places far away from the village, as these factions have turned the village into a military zone using various heavy weapons undeterred.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has monitored a violent attack by HTS, on the outskirts of the village of Arab Said, west of Idlib city, where the forces of “Ethbatu” operations room are stationed, coinciding with artillery shelling and firing tank shells and RPGs, targeting the positions of “Ethbatu” in the village and surroundings.
