Clashes break out around the Frensh Lafrash cement plant, and 14 IS militants killed in al- Raqqa

Reliable sources informed SOHR that violent clashes between YPG, backed by rebels, and IS around the Frensh Lafrash cement plant in the northwest of the town of Ayn Isa in the province of al- Raqqa after YPG could advance and seize 3 villages in the province of al- Raqqa during the last 36 hours. These villages had witnessed a counter attack by IS in order to retake them, accompanied by bombing of 2 IS fighters to themselves in the area. The clashes resulted in the death of 14 members of IS and some YPG fighters too.
