Syrian Observatory have monitored tense calm prevailing in the conflict zones, after clashes between Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham and “Fa’ethbato” jihadi operation room which lasted to the early hours of Thursday morning. However, tension is growing between the two sides, amid alertness and preparations by the two sides in the case that a new battle erupts.

Roads leading to the city of Idlib from the west, to the village of Arab Said which witnessed the fiercest clashes, were all cut off.

The road to Darkush town was also cut off after clashes at Yacoubiya checkpoint. Moreover, dozens of have fled the village of Arab Said to places away from the village, as these factions turned the village into a military zone using various heavy weapons with no one to stop them.

In the meantime, four civilians, including a woman, were injured in the indiscriminate shelling on west of Idlib city. Villages and civilian houses in Arab Said al-Habat and Sheikh Ali in the western part of Idlib city were under fire.
