Northern Aleppo | Turkish forces shell Kurdish-held areas, as clashes continue between both sides

Aleppo Province – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:

SOHR sources say that Turkish forces stationed at the “research base” have sheled areas held by Kurdish forces in the village of Maranaz, north of Aleppo. No casualties have been reported yet.

The Syrian Observatory has monitored violent clashes on the frontline of Azaz in northern Aleppo countryside this evening, after Turkish-backed factions repelled an infiltration attempt by Kurdish forces on Kafr Khashir frontline and several military posts there, amid confirmed reports of casualties on both sides.

Yesterday, Turkish forces shelled areas controlled by Kurdish forces in the northern countryside of Aleppo, targeting Maranaz, Shwargha, Al-Alqamiya and Malkiya, causing material damage but no casualties were reported. Meanwhile, Kurdish forces shelled areas around the town of Azaz in the same countryside.
