Al-Raqqah | Russian forces lower Russian flag on Ain Issa base for unknown reasons

Reliable sources have told SOHR that Russian forces lowered this morning the Russian flag fixed on Ain Issa military base in the northern countryside of Al-Raqqah. The reasons behind this action have yet to be known whether the Russians intend to withdraw from the area or there is another reason.

Meanwhile, SOHR sources reported that many people of Ain Issa displaced from the town this morning, after reports about Turkish-backed factions’ intension to unleash an attack on the town in the beginning of July.
