Idlib | Tahrir Al-Sham storms Arab Said village, arresting prominent commander in “Hurras Al-Din”

Reliable sources have informed SOHR that a military group of Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham blocked all the roads to Arab Said village in western Idlib city and deployed in the village. The group encircled the house of a commander in “Hurras Al-Din” jihadi organization known as “Abu Omar Manhaj”, and arrested him by force after he refused to handed himself in yesterday.

Yesterday, HTS has issued a statement under the name of the “Operations Room of Al-Fath Al-Mubin”, in which it decided to unify military activities under the command of the “Operations Room of Al-Fath Al-Mubin”, preventing the formation of any other operating room or the formation of a new faction, under accountability.

HTS also called on those who wanted to contribute to the military field to do so through that operating room.

The HTS thus cancelled “Fa Ethbatu”, the joint operations room of jihadis factions.

On the other hand, members Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham (HTS) armed with individual and medium weapons were deployed on the road in the western part of Idlib city, running through Arab Said village to Sahl Al-Rouj, reopening the road. Meanwhile “Hurras al-Din” members withdrew from their headquarters and closed them, in accordance with the agreement reached that day between HTS and Hurras al-Din.
