As Turkish reconnaissance drones flying over “de-escalation zone”, regime forces shell southern Idlib

Regime forces stationed in Idlib countryside shelled places in Bayanin and Deir Sonbol villages in the southern countryside of Idlib. Meanwhile, Turkish reconnaissance drones were seen flying over “Putin-Erdogan” area.

Syrian Observatory activists reported seeing jets flying over Aleppo province in the early hours of Saturday morning. These jets fired several air-to air missiles which exploded in the airspace of Tqad in the western countryside of Aleppo. They also fired several missiles over the outskirts of Azaz city in northern Aleppo where a Turkish military post is located. The jets’ identities were unknown, but believed to be Russian ones, since Russian jets carried out similar attacks previously over Hama and Idlib.
