SOHR sources say that a leader in the Deir al-Zour Military Council and his group attacked the staff of Al-Fayhaa hospital in Deir ez-Zor countryside. The leader beat a doctor and insulted a nurse for not allowing them to film injured people, most of them women who were undergoing emergency operations, and were injured in an incident that occurred this afternoon in the village of Abreeh, east of Deir ez-Zor.

Syrian Observatory activists have reported that workers in the SDF-controlled oil fields of “Al-Omar, Al-Tank, Al-Koniko and Al-Jafrah” in Deir Ezzor province, are still continuing their strike on the fourth consecutive day. The oil workers called for pay rise and salaries being paid in US dollars, or the equivalent in Syrian pound. They also demanded the improvement of treatment of oil workers and replace the military commanders, responsible for the management of oil fields, with a civil administration.
