Al-Raqqah | Turkish forces and their proxies renew shelling Tal Abyad

Turkish forces and their proxy factions fired several rockets this morning, targeting positions in Kur village in the western countryside of Tal Abyad in northern Al-Raqqah. The rocket attacks caused material damage, but no casualties have been reported.

Yesterday, SOHR sources monitored shelling with heavy artillery by Turkish-backed factions, targeting the villages of Birkitk and Ibrahim Kordo in Tal Abyad countryside. Several civilians sustained various injuries as a result of the shelling. Meanwhile, Turkish jets flew at low altitude over the SDF-controlled city of Ain Issa, north of Raqqa.
