“Peace Spring” areas | Turkish-backed factions kill civilian and steal his money

SOHR sources say that members of Turkish-backed factions blocked the way of a resident from the village of Al-Kantari in rural Tal Abyad, north of Raqqa, a few days ago, stealing his money estimated at 4 million Syrian pounds, and then shot him, seriously injuring him, then he died hours later.

Yesterday, SOHR activists reported that members of Turkish-backed factions set the homes of displaced people on fire in the villages of Tal Mohammed and Aniq al-Hawa, east of Ras al-Ain in Al-Hasakeh countryside.

According to Observatory sources, Turkish-backed factions stole and burned the contents of the houses, after they accused the owners of belonging to SDF.

On July 3, SOHR sources reported that four members of Turkish-backed armed factions were killed in clashes between Al-Hamzat and Sultan Murad factions in residential neighbourhoods in Ras al-Ain (Sari Kani).
