Ras al-Ain | Turkish forces strengthen presence, setting up military base in countryside

SOHR activists have monitored seeing four Turkish military vehicles roaming the city of Ras al-Ain, in order to manage the armed presence in the city and control it and punish all those who carry weapons inside it, except for police officers, Turkish-backed factions and military headquarters.

On the other hand, Turkish forces are strengthening their presence in the Ras al-Ain area, as they have set up a military base in the village of Tal Halaf.

On July 6, Syrian Observatory sources confirmed that unidentified drones bombarded the Turkish-controlled village of Shakhat on the outskirts of Mabroukah town in the western countryside of Ras Al-Ain.

Meanwhile, a rocket was fired on Hammam Al-Turkman town in the northern countryside of Al-Raqqah. However, the rocket has not exploded. No further details were reported yet about the drones’ identity or the amount of losses they caused.
