Aid for Syrians: Security council vote awaited in camps

The United Nations Security Council is voting on the future of cross-border aid deliveries into northwest Syria. The existing mandate expires on Friday. Russia has pushed to limit the humanitarian supplies. But aid agencies are warning of dire consequences for millions of displaced Syrians if an agreement is not reached.
