Turkey’s military build-up | 15 new vehicles carrying concrete blocks enter “de-escalation zone”, heading towards M4 road

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has monitored the entry of a new military column of Turkish forces via Kafr Losin crossing, north of Idlib.

The column consists of 15 trucks carrying logistical equipment and concrete blocks, heading towards Turkish military bases near the M4 road in the area of “Putin-Erdogan”.

The number of military vehicles entered Syrian territory since the start of the new ceasefire has reached 4,685 in addition to thousands of Turkish soldiers.

From February 2 to date, the number of Trucks and military vehicles that arrived in “de-escalation zone” rose to more than 8,020 Turkish trucks and military vehicles arrived in Syrian territory, carrying tanks, personnel carriers, armored vehicles and mobile bulletproof guard booths and military radars. While over 11,000 Turkish soldiers deployed in Idlib and Aleppo during this period.
