SDF crackdown | Teacher beaten and five civilians arrested in eastern Deir Ezzor

SDF members have brutally beaten a teacher in Al-Busayrah city in the east of Deir Ezzor. The teacher was released today nearly 24 hours after being arrested.

Meanwhile, SDF have arrested five civilians in Al-Shuhayl town in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor for unknown reasons.

SDF security campaign has been underway since it was started in the SDF-controlled areas in Deir Ezzor countryside. Syria Democratic Forces have deployed checkpoints in the streets and neighborhoods of Al-Busayrah, Ibriha, Al-Zarr and Al-Shuhayl in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, in addition to running many security patrols after imposing curfew in these areas.
