Ceasefire violations | Regime mortar fire interrupts tense calm in “de-escalation zone”

Regime forces fired several mortars on the villages of Deir Sonbol, Al-Ruwayha and Horsh Bayanin in jabal Al-Zawiyah in southern Idlib. no casualties have been reported.

 

Meanwhile, SOHR activists had monitored cautious calm prevailing in the “de-escalation zone”, interrupted by artillery fire and exchange of attacks on the frontlines.

 

SOHR activists monitored earlier this morning exchange of fire between regime forces and loyalists on one hand, and opposition factions and jihadi groups on the other, on the frontlines of Al-Sarmaniyah in Sahl Al-Ghab.
