For first time | Russian police and Turkish forces conduct joint patrol on Aleppo- Hasaka road

SOHR sources have reported today that Russian police conducted a joint patrol with Turkish forces, on the road to the “M4” between the city of Ain Issa in countryside of Raqqa and the town of Tel Tamer in the countryside of Hasaka, the first joint patrol for them in this area.

According to SOHR sources, the joint patrols met at the checkpoint of the village of “Shirkrak” in the countryside of Ain Issa after they had travelled separatly for long distances, coinciding with the flight of Russian helicopters to secure the joint patrol route.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has monitored this afternoon Russian forces conducting a military patrol alone, near the town of Tal Tamer in the northern countryside of Hasakeh province, as part of the normal movements of Russian forces in that area.
