Daraa uprising | Demonstration in Al-Jiza demands the toppling of regime, departure of Iranian militias from Syria, and release of detainees

SOHR activists have monitored tens of residents of Al-Jiza town in the eastern countryside of Daraa, participating in a demonstration this afternoon. The demonstrators demanded the release of detainees held in regime prisons, toppling of regime, and departure of Iranian militias from Syria.

 

On July 10, SOHR sources reported that a vigil was held in Tafas town in Daraa countryside. The protesters demanded the release of the detainees, and the toppling of the Syrian regime and the president, Bashar al-Assad.

 

SOHR activists monitored earlier that day a demonstration in Al-Jiza town in the eastern countryside of Daraa, during which demonstrators demanded the overthrow of the Syrian regime and the departure of Iranians and the Lebanese Hezbollah from Syria.
