Idilb | Civilian killed in indiscriminate gunfire, following clashes between Tahrir al-Sham and wanted persons near the administrative border with Aleppo province

SOHR sources say that one civilian was killed and others were injured in indiscriminate gunfire, during clashes between HTS and wanted persons in the village of Tala’ada, north of Idlib, near the administrative border of Aleppo province.

According to Observatory sources, members of the HTS’ security forces clashed with the wanted persons in two locations, leaving a member of the jihadist factions dead, while others were injured among both sides.

The security forces of HTS were able to arrest a group of members of those responsible for robberies and kidnappings, in addition to a number of those accused by Tahrir al-Sham of “spoiling” during a double security operation. The first operation carried out at Al-Dana agricultural road junction, and the second in Tala’ada area within the administrative border of Idlib province.

Syrian Observatory activists have reported that Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham launched a security campaign in Talaada village in the far northern countryside of Idlib this afternoon.

SOHR sources reported earlier this morning that unknown assailants attacked a checkpoint of Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham at the western entrance of Atareb city in the western countryside of Aleppo. The attack took place in the early hours of Saturday morning and it was followed by clashes between HTS and the attackers, which left two HTS members dead and others injured.
