Turkey’s military build-up | Forces dig tunnels and strengthen positions near their largest military base in Tal Tamer countryside

Reliable sources have informed the Syrian Observatory that Turkish forces are continuing to dig tunnels and strengthening their posts near frontlines in Tal Tamer countryside. Turkish forces have brought in concrete blocks and dug trenches in the village of Al-Arbaeen, Lilan and al-Manajir village in the western countryside of Tel Tamer.

The excavation and fortifications extend from the village of Al-Arisha to the village of Al-Daoudia, west of Tel Tamer.

It is worth nothing that the village of Al-Daoudia hosts the largest Turkish military base, containing tanks and dozens of Turkish soldiers, equipped with sophisticated weapons, thermal monitoring devices and cameras, as well as a helipad.

On May 3, SOHR sources reported that Turkish-backed factions was emptied the village of Al-Daoudia Mala Salman, as it became a Turkish military zone, where a number of houses were bulldozed for setting up military gatherings there.
