Regime crackdown | Security services in Damascus arrest two persons from Daraa for unknown reasons

Reliable SOHR sources have confirmed that two persons from Jilin town in Daraa countryside were arrested at a checkpoint of the regime’s security services in the capital, Damascus, for unknown reasons. The two persons were taken later to unknown destination.

On July 12, SOHR sources said that members of the regime’s military intelligence service stationed at a checkpoint in Daraa Al-Mahattah in Daraa city arrested a civilian from Al-Muzayrib, while he was going to his work.

The reasons behind arresting the civilian were unknown. It is worth noting that the civilian had reconciled with regime security services and carried a “settlement card”.

On July 9, SOHR sources confirmed that regime forces launched a security campaign in Qarfa town in the northern countryside of Daraa. Regime security forces raided several houses in the town and arrested four persons at least for unknown reasons.
