Ceasefire violations | Nearly ten towns and villages in Jabal Al-Zawiyah come under regime intensive rocket and artillery fire

Regime forces are still continuing their intensive bombardment on towns and villages in Jabal Al-Zawiyah, as they fired over 200 rockets and artillery shells on places in Kanssafra, Ain Larouz, Al-bara, Kafr Oweid, Al-Mawzarah, Balyoun, Al-Fterah and Arenbeh.

 

Meanwhile, SOHR activists have monitored ongoing displacement movement of the area’s residents who had returned to their homes in the wake of the recent relative calm in the “de-escalation zone”, before regime forces stepped up their ground bombardment once again.

 

On the other hand, opposition factions responded to the regime intensive bombardment with attacking regime positions in Kafr Nubl town in southern Idlib.

 

SOHR sources have just documented the injury of four civilians, including children, in regime rocket fire on Balyoun town in Jabal Al-Zawiyah.
