Assassination | Unknown gunmen shoot dead prominent dignitary of “Al-Bakir” clan, famous for his eulogy for “Trump”

SOHR activists have documented a new assassination in SDF-controlled areas in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, as unknown assailants shot dead a prominent dignitary of “Al-Bakir” clan, using a silencer weapon. In Al-Kassar village in Al-Busayrah city.

 

It is worth noting that the assassinated person had pledged allegiance to “Abu Bakr Al-Bughdadi” in public, and he appeared in a video footage, published by ISIS at that time, calling upon the people of his clan to join the “Islamic State” army. After SDF control of the area, this man gave a eulogy for the US president “Donald Trump”.

 

As more people were killed, it rose to 548 fighters, civilians, oil workers, and officials in service parties, the number of people who were killed in areas within the four provinces of Aleppo, Deir Ezzor, Al-Raqqah and Al-Hasakah, in addition to the SDF-held area of Manbij in the north-east of Aleppo.

 

Syrian Observatory documented the assassination of 184 civilians including 14 children and eight women by armed cells in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, al-Hasakah countryside, al-Raqqah city and countryside, and Manbij area. In addition, 360 SDF fighters, including local leaders, were assassinated in the same areas.
