SOHR received a footage shows 2 executions carried out by “al- Hesbah members of Islamic State” against 2 men in the IS- held city of Manbej lactated in the northeast of Aleppo in the 7th of April. The footage shows al- Hesbah members surrounding a public square with presence of dozens of children, teenagers and men. A spokesman of al- Hesbah said that “The so- called A.M.M supported infidels by helping the prisoners of the atheistic Kurdish parties and apostates of the FSA to run away from the jail and by offered them weapons and ammunitions, so he became apostate after he gave them his support. Thus, the Sharia court in Manbej sentenced him to death for apostasy.”

“The Sharia court also sentences the so-called B.Y to death because he supported the Nusayri regime by giving them information about the checkpoint, numbers of IS members and military vehicles, and by identifying positions in order to be shelled by those infidels,” the spokesperson continued.

The two men were dressed up orange and dragged to the square where one of al- Hesbah members shot them in head in front of dozens of children and citizens.

In early March, About 95 people, including at least 30 YPG fighters, could escape from an IS prison in the city of al- Bab in the northeast of Aleppo. The sources reported to SOHR that the city witnessed alert among IS members, where they used loudspeakers to proclaim that there is a group of “apostates” escaped from the prisons and that everyone can arrest them has to bring them to the organization’s  posts or inform the personals. The sources also informed SOHR that IS could re-arrest many of them.
