After six-day quarantine | Health authorities open corridor for the exit and entry of Sarmin residents

SOHR sources say that health authorities opened a crossing for the entry and exit of the residents of Sarmin town, days after the quarantine on the town.

The health authorities called on residents to abide by entry and exit controls, to adhere to precautionary measures to prevent the spread of the coronavirus, and to prevent infected people with the virus and those who mingled with them from leaving the town.

On July 25, reliable sources told the Syrian Observatory that the “Ministry of the Internal Affairs” of the “Salvation Government” in northern Syria ordered to closed the entrances of Sarmin town in the eastern countryside of Idlib and quarantine the town’s residents, on recommendation and instructions from the “Health Ministry”.

This development came after a resident from the town was confirmed infected with the novel coronavirus, after she had returned from regime-controlled areas.
