Security chaos | Member of Turkish-backed factions kills civilian, and child injured in indiscriminate gunfire in Aleppo countryside

Aleppo Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:

SOHR activists say that a man was killed today in al-Nour camp near the Turkish-held town of Shamarin in the northern Aleppo countryside, after being shot directly by a relative who serves in Turkish-backed factions. While the young man managed to escape to an unknown destination.

Meanwhile, a child was injured in the hand in indiscriminate gunfire at a wedding in al-Bab city, in the northern Aleppo countryside.

The weapons are proliferating in the areas controlled by Turkish-backed factions, despite their measures to limit proliferation of weapons by imposing licensing fees on civilians who wish to own them.

Yesterday, the Syrian Observatory monitored violent clashes near Al-Salama border camp with Turkey, between gunmen from Al-Bakara clan and gunmen from the town of Mayer, amid popular discontent and panic among displaced people in the camp.
