Coronavirus | Number of infected people jumps to 19 in rural Aleppo, and 23 cases recovered in north-western Syria

Health authorities in north-western Syria have recorded two new coronavirus cases in rural Aleppo in the areas held by Turkish-backed factions.

This brings the number of infected people to 19 in the countryside of Aleppo, which is under the control of Turkish-backed factions.

According to Observatory statistics, the number of confirmed cases, since July 9 to date, rose to 38, including medical staff. The cases are broken down by region as follows: 17 cases in Idlib and countryside, and 19 cases in the areas controlled by Turkish-backed factions.

Three new cases have also recovered. This brings the total number of recovery cases to 23.
