International Coalition’s military reinforcement | New logistical aid convoy enters the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, heading towards military bases in rural Al-Hasakeh

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has monitored today the entry of an International Coalition convoy via Al-Walid border crossing with the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.

The convoy consisted of 30 trucks carrying logistics and concrete blocks, accompanied by armoured vehicles. The convoy headed to military bases in Al-Hasakeh countryside.

On July 11, SOHR sources reported that nearly 50 trucks of US forces crossed on the Ali Farwa road between the cities of Al-Qamishli and Amuda to the international road M4 which leads to the city of Al-Hasakeh.

The trucks carry closed boxes and military and logistical equipment from the Kurdistan Region of Iraq via Simaylaka border crossing.
