Looting public properties | Turkish-backed armed group steals electric wires in northern Ain Issa

Reliable sources have told SOHR that an armed group affiliated to the Turkish-backed “National Army” stole electric wires connecting between Al-Lubaydah and Al-Wastah villages in northern Ain Issa in the northern countryside of Al-Raqqah. It is worth noting that the area is under the control of Turkish forces and factions of “Peace Spring” operation.

According to SOHR sources, gunmen of the “National Army” opened fire indiscriminately in order to terrorize the residents and prevent them from getting close to the area where they were committing the theft.
