Feuding factions | Clashes erupt among Turkish-backed factions in Ras Al-Ain (Sere Kaniye), after dispute over revenue-sharing

Syrian Observatory activists have monitored fierce clashes among the Turkish-backed factions of the “National Army” in um Ishbah village, west of Abu Rasin in rural Ras Al-Ain (Sere Kaniye), which is under the control of “Peace Spring” operation’s factions. The warring factions used heavy weapons during the clashes which erupted after a dispute over revenue-sharing of stolen objects and possession of residential houses. No casualties have been reported.

SOHR sources have just reported that an armed group affiliated to the Turkish-backed “National Army” stole electric wires connecting between Al-Lubaydah and Al-Wastah villages in northern Ain Issa in the northern countryside of Al-Raqqah. It is worth noting that the area is under the control of Turkish forces and factions of “Peace Spring” operation.

According to SOHR sources, gunmen of the “National Army” opened fire indiscriminately in order to terrorize the residents and prevent them from getting close to the area where they were committing the theft.
