Security chaos in Afrin | Explosion in residential neighborhood injures child

Aleppo Province – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: SOHR sources say that unknown gunmen threw a grenade in a residential neighbourhood in the Turkish-controlled city of Afrin in north western Aleppo in the early hours of Sunday morning. The explosion of the grenade injured a child.

In late July, Observatory activists monitored the explosion of a grenade thrown by two unidentified persons on a motorcycle, following a dispute with traffic police at Al-Center roundabout in the Turkish-controlled city of al-Bab in Aleppo countryside. The explosion injured two civilians who were near the site of the explosion.
