Russian Forces Conduct Patrol Alone in Hasakah

ERBIL – The Russian forces carried out a patrol in Syria’s Hasakah countryside on Wednesday, a war monitor has revealed.

The patrol consisting of eight vehicles, coming from Qamishli city, roamed the villages in Al-Qahtaniyah, Hasakah countryside, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said in a statement.

“The patrol stationed at the stadium of the village of Deir Ghosn in the same countryside,” the monitor added.

The Russian forces usually conduct patrols with the Turkish troops in Syria, the latest of which was carried out on August 10 in Ain al-Arab, also known as Kobani, in the Aleppo countryside.
