Leader of mercenary groups killed in Idlib countryside

Media outlets reported that an aircraft, likely belonging to the International Coalition, targeted a senior leader in mercenary groups of Asian nationality, in Idlib countryside.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said that, on Thursday afternoon, a reconnaissance aircraft, likely belonging to the International Coalition, targeted at least one vehicle in the vicinity of the town of Sarmada in the northern countryside of Idlib, close to the border with the Iskenderun.

SOHR added that this led to killing of one person and wounding others, and it is likely that the dead man was a leader of the mercenary groups, who was of Asian nationality.

In turn, the Russian Sputnik Agency said that an unknown aircraft targeted a convoy of the so-called mercenary Emir Abu Yahya al-Uzbeki, while he was traveling in Idlib countryside in northwestern Syria, killing him instantly.
