Blasts in rebel-held areas | Bomb-motorcycle explodes in Jarabulus leaving casualties

Aleppo Province – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: SOHR activists have reported hearing an explosion this morning in Jarabulus city, which is under the control of Turkish forces and their proxies in the north-eastern countryside of Aleppo. The explosion was caused by the detonation of a booby-trapped motorcycle, which killed at least one person and injured others.

On August 12, SOHR sources said that residents in the Turkish-controlled city of Al-Bab found the body of a woman killed and placed in a closed barrel in a deserted area between al-Bab city and Qudayran village in the eastern Aleppo countryside.

On August 9, Observatory activists documented the injury of a child in the explosion of a grenade thrown by an unknown assailant in a neighbourhood in Afrin city, controlled by Turkish forces and proxy factions in the north-western Aleppo countryside.
